A few steps is all it takes:
- A telephone interview between us starts it all.
- We complete the home loan or refinance application over the phone.
- The application is run through an automated underwriting system that will determine your eligibility within minutes.
- I request an appraisal and title check of your future (or current) home.
- I receive the appraisal 3-5 business days from the request date.
- I send the loan package to our Underwriting Department.
- Our Underwriter validates the information.
- Our Underwriter approves the loan.
- We close.
